At SpaDerma Medspa, your skin's health is our priority; if you are not completely satisfied with your skincare purchase, we offer returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that prescription-grade items and used products are generally non-refundable to maintain our high clinical standards.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to SpaDerma
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for transit.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our clinical team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
